Joy is the first word that came to us; Joy that so many St. Michaelites made a Faith Promise and/or Life Commitment based on their trust in our Lord. Joy that many new relationships were formed between missionaries and members of our Parish. Joy that a steadfast group of fellow parishioners worked so long and so diligently to deliver more than forty separate events or meetings in eight days without a major problem.

The second word that comes to mind is Thanks. Thanks be to God that He blessed St. Michael’s so abundantly. Thanks to our guest preachers for their powerful sermons, thanks to the missionaries who came from near and far to be with us, thanks to all who made the GIC happen, and thanks to all who participated in the GIC in any way.

We were moved beyond words by the experience.
