A Student Ministry For Teens

(6th – 12th grade)

We are community of youth, parents, and Christians who understand that we need each other to live vibrant, Godly lives. This community life is cultivated through worship, biblical teaching, and just plain fun! Focused on Middle School (6-8th grade) and High School (9-12th grade) teens, we desire to create an atmosphere where God’s presence might be discovered.

We do a number of fun things in our Youth Ministries! Feel free to join us for any or all of the following:

  •           Diocesan retreats like Mondo, Regenerate, and Encounter Weekends
  •           Individual Community Group Retreats
  •           Camping Trips, Beach Days, Water Parks, Game Nights, Overnights/Lock-Ins
  •           Evangelistic Outreach, Regular service projects

Interested in Confirmation?

At the heart of St. Michael’s Youth Ministry, we value students coming to a personal, saving faith in Jesus. We see genuine conversion as priority 1 in our students’ lives, so we are careful to not associate Confirmation as a “rite of passage” for a specific age. We believe true conversion can only be done through preaching of the gospel and by the Holy Spirit’s regenerating work – according to His perfect timing. Therefore, we enter into the Confirmation process reverently and cautiously. We ask any student interested in becoming a confirmed member of St. Michael’s to set up an appointment with a clergy of your choice to discuss it further with you. Anyone, however, is welcome to join us for all of our events, including the Confirmation classes, whether they will be Confirmed or not.
