As a native of Charlestonian, Ann started her career as a church organist at the age of 19. She served as music faculty at First Baptist Church School for 22 years. She lead the Boy’s Choir, a group of 50 ambitious boys from elementary to middle school, in her tenure at First Baptist, in addition to class room music and piano lessons.   Ann also served the Organist &  Choir Director at Holy Cross on Sullivan’s Island for 22 years. As a veteran choir director,  she is honored to be apart of the St. Michael’s congregation, from its rich history to the vital part it plays in the heart of Charleston. When she isn’t working, you can find her as a full time Lolly, to her grandchildren Jason and Libby.
