Bishop Probal Dutta and his wife Rita from the Anglican Diocese of Kolkata, India will give brief remarks at the 9:00 am and 11:00 am services, as well as be the guest speaker at Bill Hyer's 10:00 am Sunday School class.

Bishop Probal Kanto Dutta was born in a Christian family in Kolkata, India. After finishing his Bachelor's of Commerce, he started working in the commercial arena of the corporate world, developing his concept of Finance, Fund Raising and Communications.

After working in the corporate world Jesus called him to join the church. He finished his Bachelors of Divinity, then Masters of Arts in Missiology from the University of Birmingham, UK. He served the churches in Calcutta till the year 2000 and then was called to Delhi to head the Diaconal ministry of the Church of North India. In 2003 He became the bishop of the Diocese of Durgapur and was involved with church ministry and developing work among the Anti Human Trafficking children. In 2016 he became the Bishop of Calcutta and was also the Deputy Moderator of the Church of North India.

In the year 2019 he took a voluntary retirement and started the Anglican Church of West Bengal, with the blessings of Archbishop Foley Beach and the Anglican Community. Today, he is the Bishop of 12 churches and 3000 members.
