MINISTRY FOCUS

• Mission: To lead every coach and athlete into a growing relationship with Jesus Christ and His church.
• Vision: To see the world transformed by Jesus Christ through the influence of coaches and athletes.
• The strategy for sharing this ministry is through E3. Engage, Equip, and Empower. 
• Engage is engaging people who do not know the Gospel by being present, consistent, and available.
• Equip is equipping those individuals with the Gospel of Jesus Christ through the Bible to give them a foundation they need.
• Empower is then empowering those individuals to go and make disciples, lead others, and start Bible studies of their own.
