...And in the Age to Come, Eternal Life

I have learned alot about death this past week, standing at my mother’s bedside as she took her final breath.  It was a moment when earth met heaven, and heaven met earth.  It was the most intimate encounter with eternity I have ever had and I want to tell you about it. For all who have been there while a parent has died, this might help you unpack it a bit more, for those who aren’t there yet, it may help prepare you.  Mark’s Gospel for today fits right in, as we will focus on those incredible life changing words:

 “And in age to come, Eternal Life.”
