What Can I Do For You?

March 19, 2023 Preacher: The Rev. Alfred T. K. Zadig Jr Series: Matthew

Scripture: Matthew 20:29–34

How many of us have ever said:  “I find it easier to pray for others than to pray for myself….” as if to say God only has so many answered prayers to give away, and there are people worse off than me!  Today we come to Matthew 20, and the fascinating story of two blind men, yet despite their blindness they had amazing vision, AND an expectation that they could ask and be healed!  I wonder if we operate like that?  Do we live that expectation that we could be healed?  Today, let me ask you to memorize Matthew 20:32, those words of Jesus who asked the blind men:  “What do you want me to do for you?”  Well, what do you want Jesus to do for you?
