It’s been over a month and those images from Israel of October 7 still haunt the world.  That day stands out for me as a stark reminder that evil is powerful as ever and on a warpath of destruction.  Therefore today, and in the spirit of 1 Thessalonians 5, I’m issuing a clarion call to wake up out of slumber!  To live (through the Holy Spirit) lives that are self-controlled and focused on Jesus Christ. 

How do we begin answering such a clarion call?  We begin by converting our dining rooms into sanctuaries of worship.  How do we do that? Stay tuned….
