Pluff Mud and Resurrection

March 31, 2024 Preacher: The Rev. Alfred T. K. Zadig Jr Series: Easter Sunday

One of the special and unique attributes of Charleston, is that we are surrounded by oodles and oodles of pluff mud!  There is nothing like the texture, the feel, and the aroma of it.  Yet, pluff mud can also be like quick sand where we get stuck with no easy way out.  As we come to Easter Sunday, (the best Sunday of them all), do you feel spiritually, relationally or vocationally stuck?  The women going to the tomb early that morning certainly did.  Yet that all changed with who they met in that tomb.  Today is the day Jesus rose again to “unstick” us from sin’s grip, so that we might live a redeemed and restored life!
